Key Responsibilities: + Gather business requirements and translate them into system specifications + Document current and future-state workflows and provide change tracking support + Collaborate on the deployment of workflow tools and dashboard reporting + Support integration with backend databases and Tableau/DataBricks environments + Conduct routine environment validation and incident response support + Assist in documentation and SOP creation. Qualifications: + 4+ years of experience in business analysis or system integration + Familiarity with process mapping, system documentation, or dashboard tools + Ability to work cross-functionally with development and operations teams.
