Workflow Coordinator Associate I, Implementation

As a Workflow Coordinator Associate I within the Implementation team, you are responsible for overseeing and managing the workflow processes within the EMEA Onboarding organization. You will work closely with various teams/regions within Onboarding to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Job responsibilities:

Develop and implement assignment processes to improve efficiency and productivity.Monitor and analyze workflow performance and make recommendations for improvements and utilize workflow management software and tools to track and manage tasks.Coordinate with different teams/Onboarding regions to ensure smooth workflow operations.Assign tasks to team members and ensure that deadlines are met.Track the progress of tasks and projects, providing updates to management as needed.Resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the assignment process.Serve as a point of contact between teams/regions to facilitate communication and collaboration.Prepare and present reports on workflow performance to management.Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.Develop and maintain documentation of workflow processes and procedures.Stay updated on the latest workflow management technologies and trends.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

At least three years’ experience in implementation Two (2) years’ experience in project management Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, ensuring that workflows are streamlined and deadlines are met.Demonstrate strong stakeholder managementStrong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.
