**Responsibilities** + Develop and provide internal communication and education to all levels of staff, including leaders, as needed + Direct employees for medical treatment, as allowed by state law + Maintain regular communication with injured employees in order to advocate and provide employment status information + Report claims to TPA + Coordinate claim investigation with supervisors, injured employees, witnesses and others to assure appropriate loss prevention mitigation or safety corrections occur **Qualifications** + Unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas + BSN Required + BLS through the **American Heart Association** is required + 5 years of experience in workers comp / HR required **Overview** As a Workers Comp Coordinator at CHI St Vincent Infirmary, Workers' Compensation Coordinator is responsible for oversight of the workers' compensation program, including timely reporting of workers' compensation claims.
