Develop and provide internal communication and education to all levels of staff, including leaders, as neededDirect employees for medical treatment, as allowed by state lawMaintain regular communication with injured employees in order to advocate and provide employment status informationReport claims to TPACoordinate claim investigation with supervisors, injured employees, witnesses and others to assure appropriate loss prevention mitigation or safety corrections occur
Qualifications
Unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas BSN RequiredBLS through the American Heart Association is required 5 years of experience in workers comp / HR required Overview
