Responsibilities:Review all new Worker’s Compensation claims on intake and socialize with management.Request and review documentation from the park to validate the acceptance of the claim.Continuous review of claims with TPA to assure claims are being managed and closed efficiently.Communicate with Corvel on Worker’s Compensation cases and their go forward plans. Reiterate Return to Work program when employees are given restrictions.Run Worker’s Compensation Claim Reviews. Discuss with management the outcome of the review and any authority requested.Audit the charges sent from Corvel to verify accuracy and authority requested.
Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workers' Compensation Adjuster or equivalentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelState license preferred
Six Flags is looking for a Worker’s Compensation Claims Specialist. This position will manage documentation for claims. Request and review documentation received from parks. Review initial intake of worker’s compensation claims and make recommendations to management.
This is an on-site position.
