Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Core HCM modules Analyze business needs and provide solutions using Workday functionality Collaborate with global teams to support enhancements, optimizations, and issue resolution Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on Workday best practices Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams

 

Key Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Core HCM modules Strong functional knowledge and configuration skills Ability to work independently in a distributed/global team environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

 

Nice to Have:

Workday certifications in relevant modules Experience working in multinational environments
