Workday Systems Analyst
Workday Systems Analyst Workday Security Analyst will be focused on optimal security design and configuration of the Workday Finance ERP and Workday HRIS platforms. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure Workday environment, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: + Designing and Implementing Security Frameworks: Defining and implementing security models across various Workday modules including Workday Financial Management, HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Workday Adaptive Planning. + Security Configuration: Performing hands-on configuration of Workday security settings, including security groups and user access management. + Access Control and User Provisioning: Collaborating with different teams to define and refine access controls and user provisioning processes. Organize for and conduct User Access Reviews (UAR) two times a year. + Security Architecture Reviews: Supporting reviews of the Workday security architecture and providing recommendations for improvement. + Compliance and Audits: Ensuring Workday security aligns with compliance standards like SOX and GDPR, and conducting audits and risk assessments. + Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnosing and resolving security-related issues within the Workday system. + Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with Workday releases, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring all related security aspects are considered. + Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of security architecture, policies, and procedures. Skills and Experience: + 3-5 years of experience with Workday Security. + Workday Security Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Workday security frameworks, including domain and business process security policies, security groups, and user access management. + Security Architecture and Design: Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions, including intersection security, new security roles and other configurations within Workday. + Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of security control frameworks and threat modeling techniques. Prior experience supporting SOX audits, UAR and GDPR initiatives. + Risk Management: Strong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies. + Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues. + Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including HR, cybersecurity, and technology services.
