Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their talent management needs, leading workshops and translating business requirements into Workday configurations
System Configuration & Optimization: Configure Workday Talent & Performance modules to align with client objectives, ensuring best practices are followed
Implementation & Support: Lead or support the implementation of Workday solutions, providing post-production support and troubleshooting issues
Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the system
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Workday features and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and user experience
Qualifications:
Workday Certification: Mandatory certification in Workday Talent or Benefits Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Workday Talent & Performance implementations Experience in a consulting/similar environment, preferably with exposure to large-scale implementations
