Your impact at MUFG
In this role, you will work closely with HR, and business stakeholders to translate data needs into actionable insights through high-impact, dynamic Workday reporting solutions.
The role includes the following:
Design, build, test, and maintain complex Workday reports, including:Advanced/Matrix reportsComposite reportsCalculated fields and custom objects where necessaryDashboards and Discovery BoardsWorkday Worksheets (live spreadsheets)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and identify opportunities to enhance data visibility and usability.Provide insights and recommendations based on report findings to drive decision-making.Serve as a Workday reporting SME, advising on best practices and efficient use of Workday's reporting tools.Ensure reports are compliant with data security and privacy standards.Perform data validation and quality checks.Train and support end users in navigating Discovery Boards and Worksheets.Optimize report performance and proactively manage changes from Workday releases.In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:
Skills and experience:
3+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting experience, with a focus on advanced reporting features.Proven expertise in Matrix and Composite reporting.Strong experience with Discovery Boards and Workday Worksheets.Deep understanding of Workday data sources, business objects, and calculated fields.Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable way.Experience working with HR or Finance stakeholders in a data/reporting capacity.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Experience with other Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Payroll).Knowledge of Workday Prism or Workday Extend.Familiarity with dashboard visualization principles.Personal requirements:
