Exciting opportunity for initiative-taking individual to join the HR Technology Team in the role of Workday Reporting Manager within the HR organization. On a typical day you will:

Responsible for ensuring the successful design, configuration, prototyping, testing, and maintenance of Workday reports and dashboards globally, with the goal of enhancing the overall colleague experience.

This role will be responsible for participating in defining the Workday reporting strategy, governance and roadmap, as well as ensuring that reports meet customer requirements and specifications while following best practices and industry standards. You will partner with HR Technology, COEs, HRBPs, HR Operations and other key stakeholders to identify resource requirements, meet training needs, define project deliverables, and execute reports as needed.

Lead the technical lifecycle of data presentation from data sourcing to transforming into user-facing metrics/information

Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are clearly understood and output is aligned with business expectations

Conduct working sessions with key stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements to ensure they are translated into functional specifications

Support development of business cases, project scoping, project alignment, and process documentation to ensure clarity and accountability of deliverables

Work closely with HR Technology, Digital Technology, regional and functional teams, and end-users to ensure successful design and testing of reports and dashboards according to the desired requirements and specifications

Design structured multi-source data solutions to deliver reports and/or dashboards that make data actionable for customers and other key stakeholders

Prepare periodic communications to stakeholders, work documents, and project plans using agreed upon project management tools

Identify and implement corrective actions quickly and independently to accomplish project objectives

Manage and advise on documentation of lessons learned, and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement and deployment of best practices

Actively support the proper use, access, storage, and transmission of sensitive employee data and actively participate in system and data quality compliance

Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information

Use an open and collaborative approach to collaborating with strategic partners both within HR and across the business

Support intelligent automation initiatives

Drive to digitize and automate the reporting processes to support and enable self-service

Drive, adopt and enforce best practices in templates and tools

What You Will Need to be Successful:

Bachelor’s degree required

Fluency in English is required

5 years of hands-on Workday report building experience within the HR function, working with Advanced Workday Reports and Dashboards for a large global corporation

Completion of Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields & Advanced Reporting for HCM training courses required

In-depth understanding of Workday security with a strong ability to apply knowledge in report building

Strong working knowledge in HR Technology, specifically Workday HCM Core, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Learning, and Extend functionality

Strong knowledge of full Workday reporting tool stack, including advanced reports, dashboards, scorecards and Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT)

Ability to handle multiple sub project teams, tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands

Advanced analytical skills and proven effective techniques for data migration and formation

Skills:

Workday Reporting Pro Certification a plus

Process and automation improvement methodologies a plus

Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills; ability to establish credibility/rapport with stakeholders globally and in a virtual environment

Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner with minimal guidance

High comfort level working in a fast-paced, global, collaborative, results-oriented culture

Must be a motivated, initiative-taker who is able to work independently in a high volume fast paced environment with limited supervision and direction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of global leadership

Demonstrated capability to work across functions/organizations

Strong organization skills with high attention to detail
