The Workday Reporting Lead will work closely with the Finance and HR teams globally to assess, design, reimagine and evolve Workday reporting to drive efficiency, data quality and user experience. This role will bring the right balance of global finance ERP and HRIS process knowledge and Workday reporting capabilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
Develop a thorough understanding of the current Workday reporting solutions and its global footprint at Lineage.Develop and maintain a trust-based relationship with Finance and HR leaders.Understand key Finance and HR business goals and connect the dots on process, data, and reporting technology. Identify Workday/ reporting technology opportunities and challenges.Develop and present an actionable roadmap to deliver on the business goals and secure alignment from key Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders.Develop details on the initiatives and document business requirements. Propose and design appropriate Workday and related reporting solutions.Drive planning of upcoming initiatives by collaborating with Program Management Lead.Own and lead delivery of functional reporting capabilities of in-flight initiatives.Own and lead delivery of Workday functional reporting releases and propose additional functional enhancements where applicable.Keep stakeholders informed on any reporting technology or capability challenges and demonstrate a solution first approach to such scenariosBe able to investigate, identify and communicate Workday reporting applications. Assist with developing effective resolutions while collaborating with Workday and internal team.Assist team members to evaluate Workday report configuration options and provide guidance on building interfaces with other Finance and other corporate systems.Compliance and risk assessment as it applies to reporting.Own, maintain, and drive the release management process as it relates to Workday reporting.QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):
2-5 years of related Workday Finance ERP and HRIS reporting experience building solutions for a global organization using the Workday platform. Experience with the following Workday reporting capabilities: Advance Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Calculated Field, PRISM, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Adaptive Insights. Familiarity with Workday integration solutions, direct and via middleware, and People Analytics, is a plus.Strong working knowledge of key Finance ERP and HRIS business processes, reporting needs and challenges in a global organization.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines.Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
