As an HRIS Analyst, you'll provide analytical and technical support to the Human Resources department, focusing on Workday reporting, data integrity, and HRIS project implementation. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as lead HRIS technical expert for Workday reporting and analytics
Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards
Design and build custom and standard Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT)
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports and dashboards
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues
Stay current with Workday releases and recommend enhancements
Support audits, compliance, and data governance through accurate reporting
Provide training and documentation for end users
Lead HRIS-related projects including upgrades, enhancements, and implementations
Support HRIS processes for mergers and acquisitions
Promote HRIS tools to increase productivity and reduce manual effort
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of HRIS-related experience preferred
Minimum of 1 year of direct Workday experience preferred
Highly proficient in Workday HCM Suite including Business Process Configuration, EIB, Integration Management, Security, and advanced report writing
Workday certifications preferred
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
Workday certifications (preferred)
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in one or more Workday modules
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage confidential information
Advanced Excel and math skills
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and BIRT is a plus
Understanding of HR metrics and KPIs
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
