Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Reporting Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Workday’s reporting tools and data structures, and will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to deliver actionable insights.
The Opportunity:
Build and maintain advanced Workday reports (custom, composite, matrix, trending). Create calculated fields, custom objects, and leverage Workday’s business object model. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize existing reports for performance, accuracy, and user experience. Ensure data integrity and apply appropriate security and access controls. Support statutory reporting requirements (e.g., US, Australia, Singapore). Maintain documentation including data dictionaries and metadata. Provide training and support to end-users on Workday reporting tools. Monitor Workday updates/releases and assess impact on existing reports. Participate in cross-functional projects and ad hoc reporting needs.What we need:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, or related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting tools. Proficiency in Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and Trending reports. Strong understanding of Workday integrations, role assignments, and security. Experience with Workday Prism, BIRT, or Studio is a plus. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with HR KPIs and metrics. Experience in higher education or enterprise environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and documentation skills.What we believe:
