You Are:

The Workday Integration lead will be our "go to" technical lead and provide support on new deployments, optimization projects and production support (AMS) roles across different regions.

This will be a senior client facing role and we need a self-starter with experience on multiple Workday deployments. You will also have the chance to make an impact and build out the UST integration deployment team in a leadership role.

 

 

The opportunity:

·       Support and develop our local and global UST Workday integrations practice covering deployment, augmentation, and AMS services

·       Bring your technical and deployment expertise (Workday studio hands-on expertise is a must) to client engagements and supporting junior team members.

·       Lead teams to work directly with clients and UST account teams around requirements gathering/design, testing and post-production support after deployment

·       Oversee team workload and serve as an escalation path for urgent or high priority technical issues and major requests.

·       Support recruitment and growth of the Workday technical team

·       Support pre-sales teams as a Workday SME while ensuring client satisfaction and success for existing accounts

·       Work with internal UST product teams to leverage internal capabilities and accelerators

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       4+ years of Workday or related HCM integrations experience with deployment and AMS/post-production support experience

·       Advanced Pro or Workday partner certifications for studio, extend and/or CCTP required

·       Strong understanding of Workday integrations and related technologies. This includes technical experience with different integration tools such as WD APIs, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTP)

·       Knowledge of workday studio and custom integration development to/from Workday during a Phase 1 or Phase X deployment is a must have skill

·       HCM/ERP software exposure across EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, while not losing focus on quality and team management duties

·       Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively come across as a Workday expert and manage client expectations.

·       Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote-Canada

Compensation Range: $119,000-145,000

 

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
