We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in Workday Financial Management and Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business objectives. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required. Responsibilities + Lead the design and implementation of Workday Financial Management solutions to meet business needs + Oversee the integration of Workday HCM with other enterprise systems + Provide technical expertise in Workday configurations and customizations + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of Workday solutions + Develop and maintain technical documentation for Workday implementations + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Workday deployments + Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize Workday applications + Train and mentor junior team members on Workday technologies and best practices + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Financial Management and HCM + Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements + Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new Workday functionalities + Ensure data integrity and security within Workday systems + Contribute to the continuous improvement of technology processes and methodologies Qualifications + Must have extensive experience in Workday Financial Management + Must have strong expertise in Workday HCM + Nice to have domain experience in Finance & Accounting + Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills + Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities + Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments + Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously + Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges + Must be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives + Must have a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements + Must be able to work independently and as part of a team + Must be adaptable to changing business needs and priorities + Must have a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
