Understanding of project life cycles – from analysis through post-implementation support, with hands-on experience managing small to medium scale projectsMust have the ability to maintain focus on quality deliverables and be able to effectively manage project tasks, and have the ability to work on multiple projects and tasks concurrentlyIntegration work stream lead on Enterprise projectsLead cross team enhancements to create new or modify existing integrationsWork independently with stakeholders and others in a multidisciplinary team to define requirements and develop the solutionWork with functional team and third party vendors for discovery and design sessions, as neededDesign and build integrations of all types: EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/WECI, StudioExperience in designing and developing complex reports using BIRTMonitor, troubleshoot and fix production support issuesAbility to troubleshoot configuration issues related to the InterfacesSound understanding of one or more functional module in WorkdayCertifications in Integration Core, CCTPP and Studio - desirableWrite Technical Design/ SpecificationsIndependently engage with third party vendors, as neededStay on top of industry trends, Workday Community, features and capabilities
