**Job summary** We are seeking a dedicated GeoSpatial Sr. Analyst MAP with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Integrations and Workday Finance. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing geospatial data and integrating it with Workday systems to support our financial operations. Workday Integration Experts for the DDIT HCM Program. **Responsibilities** + Drive design prototyping build test and cutover integration activities during respective phases of the project and meeting scope quality timelines defined by program management + Coordinate development teams from different IT CoEs (including AMS Factory Services) for design build and test of applications in scope of HCM Program. + Analyze and interpret geospatial data to support financial operations within Workday systems. + Develop and maintain Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday Finance modules. + Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all geospatial and financial reports. + Create and maintain documentation for all integrations and processes. + Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. + Implement best practices for data management and integration. + Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency. + Train and mentor junior analysts on geospatial data analysis and Workday integrations. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in geospatial technology and Workday systems. + Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong understanding of geospatial data analysis and Workday integrations. + Demonstrate expertise in Workday Finance modules and related processes. + Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Show proficiency in data management and integration best practices. + Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. + Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
