Summary: Our public sector client is seeking a skilled Workday Instructor/Trainer to lead training efforts across Workday HCM and Payroll modules. This role is ideal for a Workday expert with strong instructional design capabilities, excellent presentation skills, and a deep understanding of diverse user groups. Responsibilities include: * Developing step-by-step Quick Reference Guides with visuals based on the client's unique Workday configurations * Supporting the creation of training materials such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules * Delivering engaging in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to various Workday modules and audiences * Staging or configuring a Workday training environment to simulate real-world scenarios
