Kforce has a client in Tarrytown, NY that is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workday HCM Technical Lead to manage end-to-end technical support and governance for Workday HCM. Summary: This role involves configuration validation, data integrity, security testing, reporting governance, and project lifecycle documentation. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on expertise in Workday modules and security. Key Responsibilities: * Lead configuration validation strategy and data sign-off prior to business testing * Oversee governance for reporting standards, naming conventions, and documentation * Conduct security testing to ensure compliance with defined models * Manage technical documentation including project plans, issue logs, and meeting recaps * Provide oversight for technical specs, requirements, and test plans * Independently manage small to mid-scale Workday projects from planning to deployment * Support Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and Absence * Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards for business stakeholders * Coordinate Workday release activities and feature adoption * Deliver user support, training materials, and process improvement recommendations
