CTG is seeking to fill a Workday HCM & Compensation Package Consultant opening for our premier client. Location: El Segundo, CA Duration: 12 months A Package Consultant specializes in implementing and supporting the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules for clients. They apply consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to configure the system to meet the client's business needs. This involves planning, fit analysis, gathering requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout, and post-implementation support. The Package Consultant also resolves configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation. We are seeking an HCM Consultant with extensive experience in Infor Global HR, specifically in Absence module (Payroll experience a plus). Nice to have Workday experience. This role is responsible for supporting full cycle implementations of Global HR including business needs analysis, requirements gathering, system design and configuration, conversions, end-user training and post live support. They will act as lead consultant in design, configuration and deployment of Infor HCM Suite including Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation and Succession Management. Payroll experience is a plus. Required Skills 5+ years of experience working with Lawson Global HR and HCM modules Experience with Infor CloudSuite HCM Absence Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
