Job Responsibilities:
This Workday Functional Analyst role will be involved with the ongoing administration, development, and support of Workday. Workday modules that this role will support primarily include Core HCM, Benefits and Compensation.
Your Responsibilities
Provide Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development including business process configuration, data upload (EIB), testing and other troubleshooting support – specifically for Core HCM, Benefits and Compensation modules
Maintain master data values in Workday
Analyze and present potential solutions to system issues and options for change requests to various stakeholders
Maintain training and communication material, may participate in delivery of training
Develop and drive innovative and proactive change efforts for HR process improvements, including enhancements to end user experience
Liaise with HR leads, Total Rewards Leads, vendors and external consultants
Handle ad-hoc or complex mass uploads
Support Workday users with completing processes as required
Participate in deployment of new businesses: map current processes and data, identify gaps with Workday processes, recommend changes, define requirements, configure, test and validate changes
Assist with bi-annual releases, including analysis of impacts of new functionality, testing of integrations and cross functional up and downstream analysis
Work with a global Workday support team on day-to-day activities
Who we are looking for
3 to 5 years of Workday functional experience
Completion of a University Degree
Experience with Workday Benefits, Core HCM and Compensation in a globally diverse organization
Strong analytical mind; demonstrated critical thinking and analytic skills with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Well-developed root-cause analytical skills with the ability to configure and troubleshoot issues and defects
Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management
Your preferred qualifications
Workday Functional Certifications; Workday Pro certification in one or more of the following areas: Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation
