Job Title: Workday Finance & Supply Chain Integrations - LeadDepartment: Financial Systems - Information TechnologyLocation: Riedman Campus/Remote SUMMARY: This role will serve as a key contributor in the ongoing management, optimization, and enhancement of the Workday ERP environment, with a focus on driving operational excellence across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing, defining, designing, and documenting business requirements within the Workday ecosystem to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This role requires extensive expertise in Workday Financial Management, including deep knowledge of Supply Chain Management modules, and demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial and supply chain processes, enhance system functionality, and improve overall business performance. This role requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Designs and develops simple EIB Workday integrations and advanced Workday Studio integrations as well as maintain / support all team integrations, including built-in Workday Cloud Connect integrations. + Demonstrated ability to write Workday EIB and Workday Studio integrations. + Configure and customize Workday solutions, troubleshooting system issues, and implement process improvements + Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports. PRISM + Analyze, design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday functionality + Demonstrated ability to write advanced Workday reports + Manage Workday support cases working directly with end users and stakeholders + Ability to document the report function and design to facilitate maintenance + Participate in report reviews, ensuring comprehension and adherence to security and data privacy standards. + Provide analysis of impacts to reporting based on new releases or updates to system functionality and recommend/apply changes REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Must have programing/build experience within Workday Studio. + 3-5 years of progressive experience in Finance Systems & Business Analysis, Systems Design and Systems Development required. + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required OR + Candidate can possess 3 or more years of experience supporting Finance and Supply Chain in Workday with Workday Studio. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: + 3 years of experience using Workday Financial Management preferred. + Demonstrated ability with Workday Integrations including Workday Studio + Working knowledge of ERP/SCM/Finance information systems, including experience in designing, building, and testing reports in various ERP/SCM/Finance applications + Proficiency in Workday report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, PRISM, and Composite Reporting) + Analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills + Proven ability to translate business requirements and user needs into actionable operational requirements + Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy + Demonstrated capability to handle highly confidential data with exceptional accuracy + Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution + Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills EDUCATION: LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. PAY RANGE: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14617 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
