Required:

Active Workday Financials and Integration certifications (UST can help maintain and expand these certifications). Minimum of 4 years’ experience configuring and supporting Workday Financials integrations, including API work. At least 2 full-cycle Workday Financials implementations or major support projects in a technical/integration role. 3+ years’ experience working with key Workday Financial modules and end-to-end finance processes, including but not limited to: Foundational Data Model (FDM) Supplier and Customer Accounts Accounts Payable & Receivable Projects and Revenue Management

 

About the Role: Workday Financials Integrations Lead Consultant
Our consultants play a key role in supporting clients during Workday deployments and beyond, ensuring long-term success and value. As a Workday Financials Integrations Lead Consultant, you will apply your expertise to guide implementation and deployment projects while taking on a hands-on leadership role within UST’s growing Workday practice. We are seeking certified professionals with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a desire to lead and grow with us.

 

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and refine business or end-user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Configure and enhance Workday Financials integrations to meet client expectations. Perform hands-on integration setup, testing, and deployment. Provide ongoing support for production clients, including monitoring scheduled jobs, reports, and addressing integration errors. Collaborate with project managers and functional consultants to configure integrations in alignment with Workday methodologies. Manage multiple priorities across geographies while adhering to critical timelines. Review and oversee the work of junior integration developers to ensure quality. Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to educate clients on Workday integration best practices.
