Description We are looking for a skilled Workday Finance Administrator to oversee the stabilization and optimization of our Workday Financials platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday Financials modules, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to independently manage complex assignments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the system operates efficiently while driving enhancements that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities: • Lead stabilization efforts and implement continuous improvements across Workday Financials modules, ensuring optimal system performance. • Design, configure, and optimize modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Banking & Settlement, and Financial Reporting. • Collaborate with finance leadership and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation, testing, training, and post-go-live support. • Serve as the primary architect for Workday Financials solutions, delivering functional designs and best practices. • Facilitate testing phases, user training, and deployment activities to promote adoption and system quality. • Manage integrations between Workday Financials and third-party systems, troubleshooting and optimizing as needed. • Stay updated on Workday Community releases and industry trends to inform system improvements. • Conduct post-implementation support, identifying opportunities for enhancements and ensuring robust security configurations. • Provide expert guidance on system architecture, security configurations, and compliance frameworks. • Engage with stakeholders to document and deliver solutions that address business needs effectively. Requirements • Extensive experience with Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Procurement. • Proficient in the Workday Financial Data Model and its application to enterprise reporting and compliance. • Strong understanding of financial operations and internal control frameworks. • Proven ability to configure and manage Workday security structures within Financials. • Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools, such as Studio and Core Connectors. • Demonstrated expertise in leading end-to-end implementations or significant system enhancements. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. • Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
