Our client is seeking a Workday Core HCM Integration Analyst to join their team. As a Workday Core HCM Integration Analyst, you will be part of the HR Technology team supporting various business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills as well as analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Workday Core HCM Integration Analyst (Technical role)
**Location:** Charlotte, NC OR Pennington, NJ
**Pay Range:** 65/hr W2
(due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors in any way)
**What's the Job?**
+ Configure complex Workday business processes and support integrations and troubleshooting.
+ Perform additional Workday administrative functions including tenant configuration and reporting.
+ Review business procedures/workflows to ensure system features are fully utilized.
+ Provide pre- and post-launch end-user support, change management, and training.
+ Document technology specifications and maintain accurate change management documentation.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
+ 5+ years of Workday HCM experience.
+ Solid understanding of at least three Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, and Payroll.
+ Experience with Workday integrations and knowledge of the Workday data model.
+ Attention to detail and strong follow-through capabilities.
