Workday Configuration Specialist
Job Description Position Responsibilities:  Interact and partner with HR and Technology teams to provide information and support pertaining to Workday  Design, develop and implement solutions to meet business requirements  Coordinate and schedule implementation dates (installation, change management, training, go live)  Manage any operational or technical issue(s) through to resolution escalate project risks as necessary  Ensure regular summaries of progress are provided to all key stakeholders  Must possess excellent judgement to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives  Provide support for any issues raised to the HRIS team We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 3+ years experience providing Workday HCM design and configuration  Experience configuring and supporting one or more of the following Workday products is required: Absence, Benefits, Compensation, HCM, Integrations, Learning, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent or Time Tracking Workday Integration is a plus  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience  Corporate Operations experience is a plus null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
