Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Workday Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Workday Financials platform, with a primary focus on the Accounts Payable function. This role will work closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure that AP processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. You will play a key role in the deployment and optimization of Workdays Supplier Accounts and related modules, including invoice processing, payment execution, supplier setup, and AP reporting. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, participating in system design and testing, configuring AP workflows, and supporting post-go-live stabilization and enhancements. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations, with at least 2-3 years supporting Workday Financials. Hands-on experience with Workday Supplier Accounts, Business Process Framework, and AP reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
