In this job you will:

If you are looking for a change, utilise your allied health background expertise and work within the WorkCare team of a global supply chain as a WorkCare Rehabilitation Consultant. Working in a fast-paced environment, where every day is different. Drive injury management and claims outcomes by engaging and providing all practical support to injured employees

\n\nInjury management and case conferences with medical providers\nTailor plans for the Return to work processes\nWork with internal stakeholders to assist and advise through the injury process of employees\nWorking with the team to implement proactive injury prevention and employee wellbeing initiatives\nEarly intervention strategies for employees\nMaintain accuracy of records and the claims management system\nYou have the following qualities & qualifications:\nKnowledge of injury management and workers compensation or\nExperience as a Physiotherapist/Nurse/Exercise physiologist/Rebab counsellors\nOrganised with strong time management and prioritisation skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team and be a self starter\nAbility to plan, organise and maintain workflows to achieve established goals, objectives and priorities\nCurrent drivers licence\nExperience in self-insurance will be highly regarded\nMicrosoft office suits would be an advantage\n
