In this role, you’ll assist in coordinating and scheduling work assignments for line service personnel within a designated area to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Act as a key point of contact for customers by managing inquiries and providing support. Help maintain smooth operational flow by adhering to scheduling policies and supporting outage management as needed.

**What You’ll Do:**
Under moderate to limited supervision:
+ Perform duties assigned in the work scheduling process, including the assignment of jobs to line servicer personnel using management system applications.
+ Develop schedules for line servicer and technician appointments.
+ Communicate with customers and direct inquiries.
+ Support adherence to standard work scheduling policies and procedures.
+ Assist with outage management as needed.
+ Provide administrative support as needed.
+ Manage timekeeping responsibilities for line department personnel.

**What We’re Looking For:**
**Minimum Requirements for SG 03 Work Scheduling Asst:**
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ 3 years of post-high school experience in utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment or the equivalent, normally obtained by progression through the Work Scheduling Rep Assc classification.
**Minimum Requirements for SG 04 Work Scheduling Asst Sr.:**
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ 6 years of post high school experience in utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment or the equivalent, normally obtained by progression through the Work Scheduling Asst classification
**Other Must Haves:**
+ Must be available to work overtime, call-out overtime and shift work, as required.
+ Travel requirements are expected 10-25% of the time
+ Ability to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Organizational and analytic/problem solving skills, Prioritization skills, Customer Focus and Teamwork.
+ Demonstrated proficiency with computers and computer programs, effective verbal and written communication skills required.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Must be available for overtime when needed.
+ Occasional travel may be required.
+ Must have a valid driver’s license
**What You’ll Get:**
SG 03 Work Scheduling Asst starting wages: $44,708-$55,885
SG 04 Work Scheduling Asst Sr. starting wages: $52,488-$65,610
