Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its predecessor is ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005, provides Chinese business partners with a full portfolio of steering system for commercial vehicles. Currently, the company has completed the construction of phase II-workshop, R&D center and the vehicle testing ground.
Servocom series hydraulic ball & nut steering gears are the main products of the company. Servocom is designed with features of modularization, high pressure and high level of standardization. Compared with competitors, these features bring benefits such as less energy consumption, wide range of application. Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently,ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Besides, our company is dedicated to promote Robust System to reduce failure rate and fulfill the requirement of customer for the modular management.
博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是博世集团的全资子公司，其前身为采埃孚商用车转向机（山东）有限公司，创建于2005年10月，主要是给其中国商业伙伴提供商用车用全套转向系统，公司现已完成二期厂房、研发中心及整车试车场的建设。
公司产品主要为Servocom系列商用车用循环球式液压助力转向机。Servocom系列转向机为模块化、高压力、标准化设计，与竞争对手相比，能量损耗更低，应用范围更广。同时，轻量化的设计使得单位质量的输出扭矩增加，从而使整车负载得到增加，且不需要维护从而降低使用成本。Servocom系列转向机在中国市场上的保有量已超过100万台，已被国内主要商用车制造商广泛采用。目前，公司开发的ServoSino8198系列转向机已经投放市场，用以实现自动驾驶的Servotwin也已经逐渐引入中国市场。此外，公司正致力于推广转向系统供货以降低故障率并满足主机厂模块化管理需求。

-Manage the process development, include preparation of machine, tools, process, and fixtures before SOP, as well as quality planning.

-Quality planning and preparation for the new product line. (PFMEA / SPC / Control plan/PQI and so on).
新生产线的过程质量策划以及准备（包括 PFMEA/SPC/ 控制计划/过程操作和检验指导等）。
-Supporting the purchasing of machines.
协助采购生产设备。
-Development and planning of technology for the production area.
生产工艺的开发和规划。
-Lead the new machine acceptance, spare parts, ram-up.

-Technical support for outsourced service related to product.

-Continuously optimize the production and process flow, investigation of cycle time and carry out time study in cooperation with production and BPS team.

-Update of working and in-process testing instruction to secure qualified production.

Qualifications-Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical or electromechanical engineering major.
机械或机电相关专业本科或以上学历。
-Minimum 2 years work experience in process engineering in machining or assembly area.
两年以上机加工或装配工艺工程相关工作经验。
-Strong technical background and knowledge of current manufacturing/assembly technology.
ESD knowledge or E/E product exp[erience plus.
优秀的技术背景，熟悉现有生产技术; 最好了解ESD 相关知识或有E/E零件经验。
-Project management experience.
项目管理经验
-Good knowledge in FMEA, control plan, SPC, and process audit.
对质量管理工具FMEA，控制计划，SPC以及过程审核有良好的理论基础和实际应用经验。
-Good English or German language skills.
良好的英语或德语沟通能力。
-Good knowledge about Bosch steering system products is preferred.

-PC and EDP skills (MS Office, SAP, AUTOCAD).
