Job Description
A large global retailer headquartered in Bentonville, AR is looking for an individual to assist with their aged work orders. Candidates will be responsible for reviewing aging work orders that have surpassed 30 days and mitigating any issues that are delaying their completion. This new team member will correspond with various vendors and internal teams through email, phone calls as well as through hosting weekly meetings. He/She will need to manage the store managers' expectations and follow up on commitments. This Work Order Specialist will provide weekly summary updates to track progress. Our client is wanting this team member to communicate progress and information in order to recommend ways to address improvement opportunities.

Skills and Requirements
- Has a fundamental level of expertise regarding prioritizing escalations and resolutions
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights.
-Self starter, able to define processes and standardizations to find a resolution
- Strong multitasking skills - able to navigate multiple applications or data sets at one time
- Strong technical background (Intermediate computer knowledge and software navigation skills)
-Adaptable, receptive and able to quickly grasp new concepts Service Channel experience null
