Job Description A large global retailer headquartered in Bentonville, AR is looking for an individual to assist with their aged work orders. Candidates will be responsible for reviewing aging work orders that have surpassed 30 days and mitigating any issues that are delaying their completion. This new team member will correspond with various vendors and internal teams through email, phone calls as well as through hosting weekly meetings. He/She will need to manage the store managers' expectations and follow up on commitments. This Work Order Specialist will provide weekly summary updates to track progress. Our client is wanting this team member to communicate progress and information in order to recommend ways to address improvement opportunities.
