Responsibilities:
+ Manage a team of individuals who work in imaging, indexing and client data maintenance Training / Development of Associates Time Management / Payroll/ Time-off Requests Productivity / Performance Management
+ Open mail using both electronic and manual opening devices
+ Identify the contents of each envelope as either processable or not processable
+ Prepare processable documents for scanning
+ Put document pages in the correct order
+ Insert admin sheets as needed
+ Identify if documents are original or copies
+ Fill out a batch cover sheet
+ Scan documents into the company's workflow system using a desktop scanner
+ Ensure that the electronic images are clear and that all pages were captured
+ Release the document into the workflow system
+ Store documents in batch boxes by date and batch number
+ Audit batch boxes for errors before secure destruction Location & Commitments
+ Permanent, full-time position
+ Monday to Friday
+ 8AM to 5PM
+ Requires 2 hours of overtime on the day immediately following a holiday (unless the Associate has a scheduled day off on that day)
+ Voluntary overtime will be requested as needed.
Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Must be able to pass background check, fingerprint check and credit check
+ Must have supervisory experience leading and managing a team
+ Must be fully proficient in using the following Microsoft tools.
+ Outlook
+ Word
+ Excel – data entry
+ Must be able to use multiple screens to navigate multiple systems/windows
+ Must be able to type 55WPM and use 10-key
+ Prior experience data entry or administrative services a plus
+ Good written and verbal communication skills
+ Comfortable working in a fast- paced environment
+ Comfortable working under a deadline
+ Strong attention to detail
