Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Word Processor with expert-level Office 365 skills to manage and optimize reports, proposals, and correspondence. This role is key to ensuring the quality and efficiency of our outgoing work products.
ResponsibilitiesFormat and process documents in Word and Excel with advanced features.Manage report production and ensure quality standards.Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.Support calendar management and general administrative tasks.Assist at the front desk and coordinate with other departments.Monitor equipment and ensure safety compliance.Essential SkillsProven administrative experience with Office 365.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in data entry and document formatting.Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a process technician or similar role is a plus.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
