Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Wood Pallet Assembler to join their team. As a Wood Pallet Assembler, you will be part of the Manufacturing department, supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow instructions, which will enable them to align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Wood Pallet Assembler

Location: Prattville, AL

Pay Range: $16/hr

What's the Job?

Set up and operate assigned machines in accordance with standard procedures. Secure and maintain necessary materials and supplies for the operation. Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards. Feed materials into machines and monitor operations for efficiency and safety. Maintain accurate production and quality records.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure. Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools and perform equipment lockout/tagout (LOTO). Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings.
