This isn’t your typical material handler role. You’ll play a hands-on part in an innovative process that transforms renewable timber into a durable, high-performance material that’s reshaping how the world builds—one piece at a time.


What You'll Do as a Wood Material Handler:

You’ll be part of a close-knit production team making sure the process runs smoothly. Stacking, spacing, and moving wood with precision (every detail matters!)Working side-by-side with chemical and logistics operators to keep production on schedulePreparing batches for treatment and processingPerforming routine quality checks and visual inspectionsMay operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (once trained or certified)Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environments (preferred)A safety-first, detail-oriented mindset—precision matters in every step of the process!A mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn new skillsA team-player attitude with strong communication skills in English and reliabilityAbility to lift/move up to 50 lbs. (or more with team lifting) and work in varying conditions (heat, cold, outdoors, noise)Commitment to consistent attendance and flexibility for overtimeSteel-toe shoes (discount purchase options available)Forklift experience (a plus)
