You’ll work closely with OB/GYN physicians and healthcare professionals, providing top-tier care for a diverse patient population. What You’ll Do:

Patient Care Extraordinaire: Provide comprehensive care to a caseload of patients, coordinating with your healthcare teammates to ensure the best outcomes.Teach & Inspire: Educate patients, families, staff, and students, using proven teaching strategies to foster learning and empower others.Grow & Develop: Keep learning and improving by actively participating in professional development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.Consult & Advise: Share your expertise with the team and help guide health care decisions, applying your knowledge of women’s health to solve complex cases.Innovate & Lead: Work with nursing leadership to develop and implement new practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.Specialty Expertise: Utilize your advanced knowledge in women’s health, including testing, disease management, and procedures specific to the clinical specialty.Represent & Network: Be the face of the organization at local, regional, and national health forums focused on women’s health.Safety & Quality: Foster an environment of safety, quality improvement, and cultural diversity in everything you do.Age-Appropriate Care: Deliver care with compassion and professionalism, tailored to meet the unique physical, emotional, and educational needs of every patient.Customer Service: Keep your patient interactions friendly, respectful, and helpful—whether you're meeting with patients, their families, or your team.Compliance Champion: Stay up-to-date on regulations, laws, and best practices to ensure we meet all compliance requirements and ethical standards.

Minimum Requirements - Do you check these boxes?

Education : A Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing school.Licensure: Active RN license in Missouri, along with certification as a Nurse Practitioner and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (or equivalent specialty certification as approved by the Missouri State Board of Nursing).Certifications: Certification in the Women’s Health service line and a Collaborative Practice Arrangement with the organization.CPR Certification: Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification.Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in an OBGYN clinic (or another relevant women’s health environment).Leadership Skills: Strong clinical expertise and leadership abilities to guide patient care and team success.
