We offer internship for bachelor students that are in their IT or economic studies. **Your role and responsibilities** · Prioritize development activities in line with the PO priorities, act as the iteration manager of the squad. · Provide consultancy to the IGF business users and stakeholders on any system or business process related requirement or improvement. · Support the operation of WoMBAT based on system strategy, defined by functional manager, technical owner, project leader · Follow the defined application, Client Service, CIO, IGF and global IBM strategy; · Follow quality rules and standards are defined by the company, doing the daily work according to these (Agile, DevOps, Lean, etc.); · Define and execute application testing activities for application releases based on project manager/technical owner instructions; · Own, design user stories of WoMBAT application using the latest design methods and toolset; · Organize education of customers using the WoMBAT, pro-actively look for the knowledge gaps where any education is needed, make proposal for it in line with business directives; · Lead user experience projects and reviews to improve overall usability and design of WoMBAT · Design user interface high and low fidelity models · Facilitate design workshops and interviews to gather user feedback · Frequently report to direct leaders (application technical owner and project leader in case of application related project works) about status of project activities, actions, tasks; doing documentation about completed and closed items; · Develop own skills and knowledge with in line with business strategy. Build the gathered knowledge into team knowledge; · Support the communication between users and development team, direct communication with users in case of any system changes, outages are affecting them; Ensure application compliance and business control posture is maintained according to the relevant IBM policies and standards (ITSS, ITCS, GDPR, GPA, etc) **Required technical and professional expertise** · Prioritize the requirements are coming from customers towards to the PO; · Direct communication with customers and to any service level team in issue handling or development process; · Escalate to Functional Manager or to WoMBAT Technical Owner in case of any deviances on services are provided by the application; · Represent WoMBAT Development Squad and Client Services organization towards customers; Represent customers towards service team, development squad, TO; **Preferred technical and professional experience** · Min 2 years experience working as a BA in an agile software release team · General financial and IT service skill; · Good understanding of IT systems and Cloud architecture, including interfaces, APIs · Experience in asset based leasing systems or banking systems · Strong process expertise in a multinational environment (min 2 years) · Experience in Agile, Scrum methodologies Experience in SW design practices and tools IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
