Team Overview:
Part of Wolt’s Workplace Operations team, supporting Workplace Managers to ensure our offices are functional, comfortable, safe, sustainable, and efficient. Focus is on creating workplaces that enable collaboration and focus for employees across the North region.
Role Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator supports daily facilities operations at Wolt’s Copenhagen office and remotely assists other northern offices as needed. This role requires multitasking, initiative, and excellent communication to maintain smooth office functions and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Workplace Manager with day-to-day office operations and facility management
Serve as first point of contact for office enquiries and maintenance requests via helpdesk system
Manage incoming mail and office supplies
Support Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and contractor coordination
Administer supplier onboarding and compliance documentation
Conduct building audits, fire safety monitoring, and participate in emergency response
Assist with onboarding new employees, IT equipment distribution, and event support
Maintain adherence to health & safety, security, and procurement policies
Create and update WorkPlace policies
Provide remote support to other Wolt offices as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Experience in facilities management or related field preferred
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective communication skills in English and local language
Proficient with Slack, G-Suite, and office IT systems
