As a Wiring Technician, you will be part of a dynamic production team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to work under deadlines, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Wiring Technician **Location:** Alpharetta, GA **Pay Range:** $21.00 - $24.00 hourly **Bonus Package:** 60-Day perfect attendance Bonus $250 120-Day perfect attendance Bonus $250 **What's the Job?** + Wire and route harnesses neatly with or without the use of wire loom according to CSA standards. + Understand the difference between AC and DC voltages and perform all wiring duties accurately and timely on sub panels, door devices, and enclosures. + Complete all other duties accurately and meet scheduled deadlines. + Complete any other duties assigned by Team Lead, Supervisor, and Section Manager. + Understand the usage of hardware such as screws, bolts, nuts, washers, etc. according to CSA Procedures Manual. **What's Needed?** + High School diploma or GED. + At least 3 years of experience working in the electrical field. + Ability to work well in a team environment. + Ability to understand, assemble and/or wire to diagrams/schematics with precise detail (nice-to-have). **What's in it for me?** + 401(k) Benefits from day one. + Dental insurance. + Health insurance. + Paid holidays. + Vision insurance. **Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:** + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans. + Dental Plan. + Supplemental Life Insurance. + Short Term Disability Insurance. + 401(k).
