**Adecco is looking for a** **Wiring Assembler** **.** **Pay rate:** $ 20.00/hr. **Position Type:** Onsite **Location:** Germantown MD, 20876 **Shift:** Monday - Friday 7 am -3:30 pm **Assignment Type:** 9 months (Temp to hire) **Start Date:** ASAP As a wiring assembler I, you will be responsible for following detailed work instructions for prepping and producing wiring products in an electronic work environment. This position requires the ability to interpret schematic drawing, determine appropriate assembly sequences, and execute wiring, component installation, and cable harnessing tasks with accuracy **What your day-to-day will look like:** • Read and interpret assembly drawings, process documentation, blueprints, and schematics to accurately assemble components, • Inspect work completed to ensure compliance with established quality, engineering, and process standards. • Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations in performing assembly tasks such as wiring, component installation and cable harnessing. • Complete daily schedules based on productivity levels assigned by supervisor(s). • Demonstrate commitment to workplace safety by wearing required PPE and maintaining a clean, organized work environment that adheres to 5S protocol standards. • Perform other duties as assigned. **Physical Demands:** • Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and bend throughout the day. • Regularly required to see and observe small labels and components.
