The Wires Support Senior Manager will lead the core Domestic Wires (EMTS), Global Wires (GMTS) and Payment Broker applications during the US time zone. The Wires eco system processes over 350k domestic wires and 270k International Wires and this position is critical to lead the space and maintain the stability / resiliency of the platform.

In this role, you will:

Manage and develop teams of analysts, associates, and less experienced managers in roles that provide technical services and support for the relevant supported systemsEngage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers in order to engineer projects, identify new products and solutions, and research solutions for existing systemsIdentify and recommend opportunities for administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system, as well as the periodic system reviewPerform network assessments, security audits, and system enhancement consultationsDetermine appropriate strategy and actions of Systems Operations team to meet moderate to high risk deliverablesInterpret and develop policies and procedures, and understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported system areaProvide implementation support for key risk initiativesCollaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, analysts, or associatesEnsure the Systems Operations team communicates with customers to keep them informed of incident progress, and notify them of impending changes or agreed outagesManage allocation of people and financial resources for Systems OperationsDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of management or leadership experience3+ years of Wire platform support experience

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of application support experienceAutomation and Scripting experience with Shell and/or PythonACI knowledgeExpertise in ITIL processes (Change, Incident and Problem Management) for Application SupportExperience in automation using any of scripting (shell/Perl/Python).Experience in IBM MQ Series

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
