Wireline Sales Manager

**The Role**
Weatherford is seeking an experienced **Sales Manager** based Perth for our Wireline Products division to drive revenue targets and lead a team of Technical Sales Representatives. This role reports to the Geozone Product Line Manager with a dual report to the Geozone Sales Director.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Deliver annual revenue targets and maintain accurate forecasting.
+ Lead and develop a team of Technical Sales Representatives.
+ Develop product line strategies aligned with business objectives.
+ Oversee technical reviews and commercial proposals using Xait-Porter.
+ Qualify strategic business opportunities for new technologies and services.
+ Liaise with Commercial & Tenders teams for high-quality submissions.
+ Develop client-specific value propositions and monitor competitive activities.
+ Ensure effective positioning of products with key customer decision-makers.
+ Foster a culture of safety, quality, and compliance across all operations.
+ Maintain effective communications with all key stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
+ University Degree in Business or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
+ 10+ years of oil and gas industry experience.
+ 5+ years of Sales, Marketing, and account management experience.
+ 2+ years of international business experience.
+ Strong understanding of CRM and business development tools.
+ Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
+ Good technical knowledge of Weatherford's product range.
+ Higher degree in relevant technical discipline preferred.
