We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Wireless Technician to join our team in the SoCal area. In this role, you will support the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication systems across the Southern California region. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cell site buildouts, antenna system integration, and troubleshooting RF and backhaul issues. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our wireless infrastructure.

Install, maintain, and upgrade wireless network equipment, including antennas, radios, coax, fiber, and supporting hardwareConduct tower climbing and work at heights to install or service cell site componentsPerform site surveys, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of wireless systemsTerminate and test fiber and coaxial cablesInterpret RF diagrams, site drawings, and construction documentsEnsure compliance with safety procedures, industry standards, and local regulationsMaintain accurate documentation and reporting for each project or service callOperate company-provided tools, vehicles, and equipment responsiblyCollaborate with field supervisors, project managers, and other crew members to meet project deadlines Requirements 1–3+ years of experience in wireless construction or telecommunications fieldwork (tower work, DAS, small cells, LTE/5G installs, etc.)Understanding of RF principles, microwave systems, and IP networking basics is preferredAbility to read blueprints, construction drawings, and RF schematicsProficient with basic hand tools, power tools, and test equipment (PIM/Sweep testing, fiber testers, etc.)OSHA 10/30, RF Awareness, and Climbing Certification strongly preferred (or willing to obtain upon hire)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditionsExperience working with major carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Dish, etc.) a plusFamiliarity with Ericsson, Nokia, or Samsung equipment a plusExperience with C-RAN, small cell deployments, or fiber backhaul preferredMust provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves drivingPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
