Description We are looking for a Wire Transfer Specialist to join our team in Coral Gables, Florida. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in banking operations and compliance, supporting domestic and international wire transfer processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking or treasury operations and a commitment to accuracy and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities: • Execute domestic and international wire transfers through the Federal Reserve System and corresponding banks. • Ensure all transactions comply with BSA, AML, and OFAC regulations, escalating potential issues to compliance teams as necessary. • Monitor and verify wire transfer details to maintain accuracy and prevent errors. • Utilize the Temenos T24 core banking system to process and track wire transactions. • Perform routine checks on wire transfers to ensure compliance with organizational policies. • Collaborate with compliance departments to address escalated transactions and resolve issues. • Support financial security measures by adhering to banking standards and regulatory requirements. • Maintain detailed records of wire transfer activities for auditing and reporting purposes. • Assist in streamlining wire transfer operations to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and incorporate them into daily operations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or treasury operations. • Strong knowledge of BSA, AML, and OFAC compliance standards. • Familiarity with the Federal Reserve System for wire transfers. • Proficiency in using the Temenos T24 core banking system. • Understanding of Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with compliance and operations teams. • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
