Wire Harness Assembler – Starting at $16.00/hr 
Location: Elkhart, IN 
Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Friday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Our client is hiring experienced wire harness assemblers to join their team in a climate-controlled, sit-down work environment. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and have previous experience working with wire harnesses, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Cut, strip, and prepare wires to specific lengths

Crimp terminals and connectors using hand tools or machines

Solder connections as needed

Assemble wires into harnesses using connectors and layout boards

Read and follow assembly instructions and wire schematics

Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality

Qualifications:

Previous wire harness experience is required

Familiarity with crimping, soldering, and wire prep tools

Ability to sit for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
