Our client is hiring **experienced wire harness assemblers** to join their team in a **climate-controlled, sit-down work environment** . If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and have previous experience working with wire harnesses, we’d love to hear from you! **Job Responsibilities:** + Cut, strip, and prepare wires to specific lengths + Crimp terminals and connectors using hand tools or machines + Solder connections as needed + Assemble wires into harnesses using connectors and layout boards + Read and follow assembly instructions and wire schematics + Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality **Qualifications:** + **Previous wire harness experience is required** + Familiarity with crimping, soldering, and wire prep tools + Ability to sit for extended periods + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team + **Experience with Komax machines?
