Winter 2026 Co-op - Cost Engineering

As a Winter 2026 Co-op - Cost Engineering in Burlington, MA, you’ll learn about the Keurig® New Product Development process, dig into the details on manufacturing cost drivers, build cost models, and get exposure to working in a global organization.  You’ll support cost vs. performance tradeoff decisions, meet with KDP leaders, and network with individuals across the business while contributing to future successes!

Co-op with the Keurig® Cost Engineering Team and help bring incredible new products to life!  Cost Engineers partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and other areas of the business to launch innovations that will delight consumers!

Shift/Schedule:

The KDP 2026 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 5 – May 22, 2026  Location: Burlington, MAFull-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm Hybrid, In-office Tuesday-Thursday

As a Cost Engineering Co-op you will:

Learn about Rapid Learning Cycles, New Product Development (NPD), and Product CostingAnalyze cost drivers, identify cost reduction opportunities, and activate resources across the Keurig® Brewer portfolioLead a cost modeling improvement project tailored to your experience and interests, then present results to leadershipUtilize best-in-class costing tools including the Keurig® Cost Workbook and aPrioriGet exposure to a global supply chain including electromechanical components, plastics, electronics, and multi-region contract manufacturing

Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environmentReceive mentor support for your professional developmentParticipate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leadersReceive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presentingComplete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business
Total Rewards:
$31.00/hrPaid bi-weeklySign-on Bonus: $5,000 (paid within 30 days of employment)
Requirements:
Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or another related fieldExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilitiesAbility to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changesStrong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Programming PLC’s or knowledge of process is a plus
