In this role, you willlead the Chessington Winter’s Tail event operation, inspiring and leading a team to ensure the delivery of the highest standards of safety, exceptional customer service and interaction with guests, and maximise event capacity and throughputs. You will own the event operational project set up, including, but not limited to: + Creating/reviewing training documentation & associated content + Creating/delivering team training plans + Staffing contingencies/break plans + Setting up queue lines. + Collaborating with the Resort Entertainments team to agree operational surge/attraction utilisation plans + Attraction logistics _Please see full job description attached for more detail._ **Qualifications & Experience** Successful candidates must have strong communication, time management skills and have experience in people managing. Must have strong operational experience.
