The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Windows Systems Analyst (PC) who will be responsible for the testing and maintenance of applications and Windows operating system (OS) PC images on a contract supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team of Systems and Desktop Engineers and security specialists with experience in Azure, Microsoft Intune, Windows, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Enterprise Patching, PKI/Certificates, Active Directory, Virtualization, and advanced scripting. You will work across endpoint management and server operations teams to ensure adherence to customer SLAs while driving automation through cloud-native solutions and testing of new/emerging technologies to deliver faster deployments and decreased workload.
Responsibilities:
• Perform testing of all applications and PC images including laptops/desktops/tablets
• Analyze requirements from requestors for applications
• Log and track all results of testing
• Adhere to government testing process and procedures
• Research new applications and products to perform effective testing
• Software and Hardware configuration management
• Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and other applications included in the Endpoint Baseline management
• TCP/IP protocol suit, network setup and troubleshooting including wired and wireless devices.
• Develop and produce test plans, documentation, SOPs, and reports.
• Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences (both contractor and federal government employees)
• Establish and maintain strong relationship with government customer
• Become familiar with SCCM/MECM, Azure, Intune, Autopilot and use that knowledge to refine the testing process to ensure system integrity is not diminished
Qualifications:
Required:
• Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
• Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)
• BA/BS or equivalent experience + 7 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience testing PC images for workstations and laptops
• Understanding of NIST 800-171 controls, and CMMC compliance
• Troubleshoot and coordinate problem resolution with vendors
• Knowledge of application dependencies such as Group Policy, Local Policy, permissions, DNS, SQL, FTP, scripts, etc.
• Knowledge of peripherals such as cameras and printers
• Any Microsoft certification
• Hardware knowledge (DELL, HP preferrable)
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
Desired:
• Experience working in the Federal government sector
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification
• Previous experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops
• Previous experience using Microsoft SCCM
• Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with Azure Intune
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with Windows Server

The proposed salary range for this position is:
