Join our team as a Windows Systems Analyst, where you will play a vital role in supporting the intelligence community by managing and maintaining a diverse range of workstations and servers. We’re looking for personnel with solid expertise in Windows administration, a strong dedication to supporting national security, and a team-oriented mindset ready to excel in a dynamic, mission-critical environment. This position is fully-onsite. 

Responsibilities

Securely deploy and manage Windows workstations and servers. Administer local and remote filesystems efficiently. Troubleshoot system issues independently and as part of a team. Automate tasks using shell scripting, PowerShell and Python. Manage security features, including firewalls and BitLocker. Work with SCCM and/or Ansible for system configuration and automation. Ensure adherence to industry best practices, company and agency policies, and regulatory requirements. Create and maintain thorough documentation of plans, system configurations, and operational processes and procedures.
